The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By an email of 30 December 2021, the tribunal warned the claimant that it was considering striking out her claim on the basis that it was not being actively pursued. That letter gave the claimant until 13 January 2022, if she objected to that proposal, to give her reasons in writing or request a hearing at which to make them.[2]No reply has been received by the tribunal from the claimant.[3]The claim is accordingly struck out.[4]The hearing listed for 17 February 2022 is vacated and will not take place. 10 February 2022
