JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims against the Second to Sixth Respondents are withdrawn and dismissed. The Claimant’s withdrawal of these claims was on the basis of the agreement between him and the First Respondent as set out in paragraph 1 of the Agreed List of Issues dated 11 June 2020. The First Respondent, UBS AG, accepts that its disclosure obligations extend to the disclosure obligations which would have applied to the Second to Sixth Respondents had the Claimant not withdrawn his claims against them.[2]For the avoidance of doubt the claim against the First Respondent proceeds.[3]The Respondents confirmed that no application had been made for costs in relation to the claims against the Second to Sixth Respondents but for completeness I record that no order for costs will be made.
