The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]EJ Joffe wrote to the parties on 7 February 2022, informing them that the tribunal was considering striking out the claim because the claimant had not complied with the orders of the tribunal dated 24 November 2021 and because the claim was not being actively pursued by the claimant. The letter informed the claimant that, if she wished to object to this proposal, she should give her reasons in writing or request a hearing at which she could make them by 11 February 2022.[2]No reply has been received from the claimant. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing listed for 21 February 2022 and the full merits hearing listed for 9-15 March 2022 are vacated and will not take place. 14 February 2022
