JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to My Life Kit Ltd.[2]The complaint in respect of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £61903.80p forthwith being unpaid wages due to the claimant for the period of her employment by the respondent from 24 February 2022 until 31 December 2022.[3]The complaint in respect of unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £8052.10p forthwith.[4]The complaint of breach of contract in respect of unpaid holiday pay is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £18125.00p forthwith.[5]The payments referred to in paragraphs 2,3 and 4 above are gross payments and the claimant is to pay over to the appropriate authorities any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sums on receipt by her.
