JUDGMENT
The claimant’s application dated 11 May 2022 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 2 February 2022 is refused.REASONS
There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because:[1]The claimant’s application was sent from the same email address which the Tribunal has used throughout.[2]The claimant was sent orders to that address on 4 October and 10 December which he did not reply to. The latter warned him that his claim could be struck out. He was then sent a strike out warning on 19 January so he had plenty of time to respond before the judgment was issued.[3]The respondent also made efforts to contact him by email to that address.[4]It was the responsibility of the claimant to pursue his litigation and by his own admission he made no contact with the tribunal between August 2021 and April 2022.
