JUDGMENT
ON PUBLIC PRELIMINARY HEARING It is the judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal advanced by the claimant pursuant to sections 94/98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the complaint of discrimination arising from disability in respect of the said dismissal advanced pursuant to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 have only little reasonable prospect of success. Deposit Orders pursuant to Rule 39 of Schedule I to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (“the 2013 Rules”) are issued separately.[2]All other complaints advanced by the claimant in these proceedings whether pursuant to the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 or otherwise are struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success pursuant to Rule 37 (1) (a) of the Schedule I to the 2013 Rules.[3]Case management orders in relation to the two complaints which are not struck out are issued separately.
