EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2201168/2021

Employment Judge WadeDate 28 September 2021

JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the respondent is Think Education Ltd. The address in the ET1 is correct and the judge is satisfied that the respondent has been effectively served with the claim and the further correspondence giving the respondent an additional opportunity to file a defence.[2]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[3]The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out as the claimant did not have sufficient service to claim unfair dismissal.[4]Having considered the ET1, REJ Wade has decided that a determination of the remaining claims can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[5]The respondent has unlawfully failed to pay salary of £3,835.88, to the claimant and the tribunal orders the respondent to pay her that sum and to account to /HMRC for any tax and NI due.
