JUDGMENT
By consent, the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 64 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as follows:[1]The Respondent unlawfully failed to pay the Claimant the sum of £375.84 gross, and must pay that sum to the Claimant by no later than 30 July 2019.[2]The Respondent must pay the sum of £250 to the Claimant by no later than 7 August 2019 as an agreed contribution to the Claimant’s legal costs. NOTE The tribunal notes that the Respondent has informed the tribunal and the Claimant that it will supply the Claimant with a P45, and that it will also contact HMRC to supply corrected details of the Claimant’s earnings during his period of employment with the Respondent.
