JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge Adkin has decided that a determination the claim can properly be made without a hearing.[3]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the Respondent failed to pay the Claimant a redundancy payment, failed to pay notice pay in breach of contract and failed to pay holiday pay. Compensation[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the following sums (to be paid net of tax and national insurance);:a. £1,660.00 unpaid holiday payb. £6,037.50 redundancy pay;c. £5,500.00 notice pay. 1 of 2 Case Number: 2201077/2020
