JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent made a series of unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, in the following amounts:(a) the net sum of £8,006.22; and(b) the gross sum of £850.00;[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following amounts within the next 28 days:(a) the net sum of £8,006.22, having accounted to HMRC for all tax and National Insurance contributions due on the gross sum, and also having ensured that all related employer and employee pension contributions have been accounted for and paid; and(b) and the net of the gross sum of £850.00, having accounted to HMRC for all tax and National Insurance contributions due on the gross sum, and also having ensured that all related employer and employee pension contributions have been accounted for and paid.
