JUDGMENT
[1]Time is extended to allow the Respondent’s Response to be presented late.[2]The Respondent’s name is amended to IMTK & Co Limited.[3]The Respondent’s application to postpone the final hearing (by email of 21 June 2021 at 00.15 hours) is refused.[4]The respondent is in breach of Clause 12.4 of the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay him £5000 within 28 days of his dismissal.[5]The claimant is entitled to be paid for 23.5 days accrued but unpaid annual leave in respect of the 2020 holiday year.[6]The respondent is to pay the claimant £5000 in respect of breach of contract under paragraph 2 above.[7]The respondent is to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2982.69 in respect of annual leave under paragraph 3 above. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February 2018 Case No: 2200900/2021
