Mr K Tabidi v British Broadcasting Corporation: 2200853/2017
JUDGMENT
Upon hearing evidence and submissions the Tribunal finds:[1]The Claimant is not an employee of the Respondent and therefore the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal and breach of contract. Therefore both these claims are dismissed.[2]The Claimant was not entitled to a minimum of two shifts per week and therefore his claim for an unauthorised deduction from wages claim fails and is dismissed. Employment Judge A Isaacson on 10 November 2017 Note Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
