[1]The Respondent’s name is amended to Soho Restaurant Group t/a Lalaland London Ltd.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages of £1038.38 is well founded.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid expenses of £121.12 is well founded.[4]The Claimant’s claim for accrued and unpaid holiday pay pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded.[5]The Claimant is awarded a further £260 representing a 25% uplift of the Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages, pursuant to Section 207 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 2200838/2023
