JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The claims against the First Respondent are out of time, it was reasonably practicable for them to have been presented within time and there is no jurisdiction to consider the claims against the First Respondent which are struck out in their entirety.(ii) The Second Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,311.50 gross (in respect of which income tax and national insurance must be accounted for) in respect of an unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay.
