JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim in respect of Unfair Dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim in respect of Wrongful Dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a Basic Award of £2,421.00.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a Compensatory Award of £8,316.82.[5]Both Awards shall be subject to a 10% increase in respect of the Respondent’s non-compliance with the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.[6]The total sum to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is therefore £11,811.60.[7]The application for a Costs Order is refused.
