JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s race discrimination claim has been withdrawn and is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the elements of the claimant’s claim relating to his dismissal in November 2021 (discrimination on the grounds of religion and disability) as these were subject of previous claim submitted in January 2022 (claim number 200573/2022), which were withdrawn and dismissed by the Employment Tribunal.[3]The claimant’s discrimination claims in relation to his final warning issued in March 2022 were not submitted within the timescales required by section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 so the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[4]The claimant’s protected disclosure detriment claims were not submitted within the timescales required by section 48 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 so the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.
