JUDGMENT

[1]The claims by the First Claimant, Mr Adam against Bbb Notting Hill Ltd and Robert Newmark Restaurants are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The name of the Respondent in the claims by the Second Claimant, Mr Enchev and the Third Claimant, Mr Venskunas is amended to BBB Notting Hill Limited in substitution for Robert Newmark Restaurants.[3]The complaint by the First Claimant, Mr Adam of unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded. The Respondent BBB Notting Hill Limited shall pay to Mr Adam the sum of £938.64. This figure is given net as the payslips received by Mr Adam show that tax and national insurance have already been paid.[4]The complaint by the Second Claimant, Mr Enchev of unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded. The Respondent BBB Notting Hill Limited shall pay to Mr Enchev £2,046.60. This figure is given net as the payslips received by Mr Enchev show that tax and national insurance have already been paid.
