[1]The correct name of the Responent in this case is as shown above.[2]The Respondent has filed an ET3 in this case on which it does not contest any aspect of the Claimant’s claim.[3]Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £480 net and to account to HMRC for any additional tax and NI due.[5]The hearing on 6 April 2023 will not take plae as it is now not needed.
