The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 March 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to ask him for his dates of employment and explained that he may not be able to bring a claim for unfair dismissal due to not meeting the requirement to have 2 years’ service as at the date of termination of his employment.[2]The claimant failed to respond to the letter.[3]On 3 August 2022, the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to say it had not received a response to its earlier letter and to ask him if he still wished to pursue his claim. he was told that he should respond by midday on 8 August 2022 and that if he didn’t his claim may be struck out because he had failed to actively pursue it. He did nor respond to the letter.[4]The claim is therefore struck out.[5]The hearing that was due to take place on 10 August 2022 will be cancelled.
