JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The claim for unauthorised deduction of wages is not well-founded;(ii) Accordingly, the proceedings are dismissed. JUDGMENT On reading the written representations of the Claimant, the Tribunal determines that:[1]On reconsideration, the judgment sent to the parties on 29 July 2021 dismissing the claim is revoked;[2]In place of the judgment referred to in para 1. the Tribunal substitutes a judgment in the following terms:[3]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in breach of Employment Rights Act 1996 section 13;[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £4,196.22.
