Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £6,500.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £312.50.[3]The respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant £2,700 for consequential financial loss pursuant to s24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]A Final Hearing will not take place.
