JUDGMENT

PURSUANT TO REMEDY HEARING The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:

[1]The Respondent shall pay a compensatory award to the Claimant in the sum of £48,242.

[2]This is an award to which the Recoupment Regulations apply. The monetary award is £48,242.00. The prescribed element is £6,193.00. The dates to which it relates are 25 November 2014 to 24 May 2016. The excess of the total award over the prescribed element is £42,049.00.

REASONS

[1]On 31 January 2017 the tribunal ruled on two remedy issues and gave reasons. In subsequent correspondence the parties have agreed that the above Judgment is apt. Case Number: 2200630 /2015
