JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to London Digital Print Ltd.[2]In relation to the holiday pay and notice pay claims, the tribunal is satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claims to be presented within the normal time limit and that the claim was presented within a reasonable time thereafter.[3]Pursuant to section 163(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,318 following his dismissal by reason of redundancy on 30 September 2021.[4]The claimant is entitled to unpaid payment in lieu of notice amounting to £3,318 gross and payment in lieu of outstanding annual leave amounting to £4,645 gross.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a total of £9,840 (representing the unpaid balance following payments totalling £1,800).
