JUDGMENT
[1]the Tribunal has territorial jurisdiction (by virtue of section 3 of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 and the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 to hear the Claimant’s claims for notice pay and expenses;[2]the Claimant was an employee within the meaning of the Employment Rights Act 1996;[3]the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claims for notice pay and expenses on the basis that the Claimant’s claims were not presented within the applicable time limits. The Claimant’s claims are accordingly dismissed. N. Coen
