JUDGMENT

[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent:(a) made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages, contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, by failing to pay the Claimant wages and holiday pay in the gross sum of £896.

(b) breached the Claimant’s contract by failing to pay her 1 week’s notice pay on termination, in the gross sum of £304, in breach of her rights under sections 86 & 87 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.

[2]The Respondent is ordered within 28 days to pay to the Claimant the net of the gross sum of £1,200 and to make appropriate payment for tax and National Insurance contributions to HMRC. Case No: 2200607/2019
