JUDGMENT

The decision of the Tribunal is as follows:(1) The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction in relation to the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal by virtue of section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as she was employed by Timerest Limited for less than two years. The claim could not proceed even if Timerest Limited were added as a respondent.(2) The claimant’s claims for unpaid monies are dismissed upon withdrawal.(3) The claimant’s claim that she was discriminated against because of gender reassignment is dismissed upon withdrawal.(4) All of the claimant’s remaining claims under the Equality Act 2010 are struck out under rule 37(1) (a) of the Employment Rules of Procedure as they do not have reasonable prospects of success, against the respondent or against Timerest Limited.
