[1]By order of 14 August 2025, EJ J Burns ordered that the claim be stayed and would be struck out without further Order on 14 November 2025 unless before then the Claimant’s Trustee in Bankruptcy had applied in writing to the Tribunal at londoncentralet@justice.gov.uk for her or her assignee to be joined as Claimant.[2]By letter of 22 October 2025, the Official Receiver confirmed that it would not be proceeding with the claim.[3]Accordingly, the claim is struck out.
