JUDGMENT
[1]In relation to the Claimant‘s claim that he was unfairly dismissed ,this claim is not well founded. This claim is hereby dismissed.[2]In relation to the Claimant’s claim for notice pay, this claim is not well founded. This claim is hereby dismissed.[3]In relation to the Claimant’s claim for redundancy pay, this claim is not well founded. This claim is hereby dismissed[4]In relation to the Claimant ‘s claim for unpaid sums in relation to mileage costs in the sum of £369. 50, this claim is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.[5]In relation to the Claimant’s claim that he has been underpaid in the sum of £2,317.99 , this claim is partially well founded in that for the days worked between 13th July and 5th August 2018, the Claimant should have been paid at the rate of £140 per day gross . In respect of this Case Number:2200515 /2019 claim, the parties agreed that the sum of £560.00 shall be payable by the Respondent to the Claimant. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE SHARMA
