[1]No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination and unlawful deduction from wages succeed.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out as the claimant did not have the 2 years’ continuous employment necessary for the tribunal to have jurisdiction to hear such a complaint.[3]The hearing set for 13 September 2021 will proceed to consider issues of remedy. The respondent may attend the hearing but may only participate to the extent permitted by the Employment Judge who hears the case. 8 September 2021
