REASONS
[1]This was a claim for unpaid wages and expenses. Mr Piesse for the Respondent did not contest that the amounts claimed were due. He also withdrew the counterclaim as he accepted that the Tribunal had no jurisdiction to deal with it.[2]The Respondent had failed to provide a bundle as ordered by the Tribunal, and the bundle had been prepared by the Claimant. In addition there was no defence to the claim. Accordingly, pursuant to Rules 75 and 76 of the Employment Tribunal Rues of Procedure 2013 the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant for 3 hours preparation time in preparing for this hearing.
