JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the Respondent is The Camouflage Company UK Limited.[2]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from Claimant’s wages in relation to the period from 1 August 2021 to 23 November 2021 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £ £10,067.09 being the total gross sum deducted. The Respondent is entitled to make deductions for tax and National Insurance from this sum[3]The Claimant’s holiday pay claim in relation to the 2021 holiday year is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,104.93 in relation to 9 days accrued but untaken holiday for the 2021 holiday year. The Respondent is entitled to make deductions for tax and National Insurance from this sum[4]Pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, the Respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £1,227.70 being two weeks gross pay for failure to provide a statement of employment particulars as required by section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
