JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]The correct name of the respondent is as set out above.[3]Having considered the ET1, REJ Wade has decided that a determination of the remaining claims can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[4]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to award £1,000 for costs incurred as evidence and a breakdown of the exact sums attributable to the losses compliant with section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act would be required. 3.
