[1]The claim for unfair dismissal was presented outside of the 3 month time period, it was reasonably practicable to have presented it in time and consequently the tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine the complaint of unfair dismissal which is dismissed.[2]The claim for unauthorised deductions from wages was presented outside of the 3 month time period, it was reasonably practicable to have presented it in time and consequently the tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine the complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages which is dismissed.
