REASONS

[1]The Claimant was employed by the Respondent from 13 November 2019 until 8 January 2020. By a claim form received on 3 February 2020 he claimed that he had not been paid wages for the period 10 December to 10 January 2020.[2]The Respondent appointed a voluntary liquidator on 11 March 2020 and did not submit a response to the claim.[3]The Tribunal accordingly considered whether to issue a judgment under Rule 21.[4]Following a request by the Tribunal, the Claimant provided further information indicating that he had not been paid in accordance with a payslip for the pay period 11/12/2019 to 10/01/2020, which provided for him to receive net pay of £932.59. The Claimant indicated that he disputed the hours and rate of pay detailed on the payslip, but provided no further evidence in support of this. 1 of 2 Case Number: 2200401/2020[5]I am satisfied that a determination can be made on this claim under Rule 21(2). The Claimant is owed the sum stated in the payslip provided. I am not satisfied that he has proved he was entitled to any different sum as he has provided no evidence as to hours worked or rate of pay other than what is set out in the payslip.
