On reading the documents on the Tribunal file; And no response having been received by or on behalf of the Respondents; The Tribunal adjudges that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him compensation in respect thereof in the sum of £3,075.58 (2.5 weeks’ net notice pay underpaid).(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof compensation as follows: Basic Award (1 x £525 x 4) + (1.5 x £525 x 3) £4,462.50 Compensatory Award (a) Loss to assessment (19.12.19 to 23.04.20) 18 weeks @ £1,230.23 pw net) £22,144.14 (b) Future loss: 52 weeks @ £1,230.23 £63,971.96 Total compensatory award £86,116.10 Overall unfair dismissal award £90,578.60 Case Number: 2200377/2020
