JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person and the Respondents having presented no response form and played no part in the proceedings, the Tribunal determines that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him compensation in the form of a compensatory award of £44,975.73, consisting of £44,675.73 for loss of earnings and £300 for loss of statutory rights.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof the sum of £8,016.30.(3) The Claimant’s claim under the Employment Relations Act 1999, s11 for denial of the right to be accompanied is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof compensation of £1,0501.
