JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant is found to have transferred to employment of the first respondent by way of TUPE transfer on 12.10.21.[2]The Claimants claim for redundancy pay against the first respondent succeeds.[3]The first respondent (Bespoke Cleaning Services Ltd) must pay a redundancy payment of £10,920 to the claimant within 28 days of this Judgment.[4]It is just and equitable to make a costs order against the second respondent (Nicole Cooper – trading as Diamond Flooring) of £5460 in respect of the redundancy award. The Second respondent shall pay the said sum to the first respondent within 28 days of this order. 2200346/ 2021 & 2200484 /2021
