JUDGMENT
The claimant having been warned that the Employment Judge was considering striking out the complaint of unfair dismissal because the dates of employment given by the claimant in his claim form (29 October 2018 to 14 October 2020) he does not have the two years’ service necessary to bring such a claim and therefore it has no reasonable prospect of success; and (2) the whole of the claim because the claimant had failed to attend two preliminary hearings and it appeared to the Employment Judge that the claim was not being actively pursued; and the claimant having failed to respond to the notice to show cause why his claim should not be struck out as directed to do by 8 June 2021: (1) All of the claims are struck out because they are not being actively pursued (Rule 37(1) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 Case Number: 2200338/2021
