[1]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the respondent unlawfully failed to pay wages to the claimant. [3]I have assessed this claim as follows based on documents supplied by the claimant. 3.1. Unpaid salary of £1,606.15 (this is based on 3 weeks’ pay calculated as an average of £535.38 per week based on payslips for September, October & November 2019). 3.2. Holiday pay of £2,141.54 (this is based on 4 weeks’ pay calculated as an average of £535.38 per week based on payslips for September, October & November 2019).. 3.3. Statutory redundancy pay of £9,975.00 (this is based on the maximum allowable weekly gross income of £525, and 19 weeks’ entitlement based on 3.3.1. 0.5 week’s pay for each full year worked under 22 3.3.2. 1 week’s pay for each full year worked between 22 and 41 3.3.3. 1.5 week’s pay for each full year worked 41 or older 1 of 2 Case Number: 2200286/2020
