[1]The Respondent terminated the claimant’s employment on grounds of redundancy and is ordered to pay a redundancy payment of £3,692.24. This is based on 8 years’ weeks service and gross weekly pay of £461.53.[2]The respondent dismissed the claimant without notice and is ordered to pay £3,692.24. 3..The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s pay in that he was not paid wages at all between 1 August 2017 and 23 November 2017, the date of termination. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £7,661.01. This sum is calculated on gross pay and is taxable in the hands of the claimant.[4]No order on the claim for holiday pay.
