JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages, contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, in the net sum of £489.94.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £489.94 within 28 days, having accounted to HMRC for all tax and National Insurance contributions due on the gross sum, and also having ensured that all related employer and employee pension contributions have been accounted for and paid.
