Employment Judge JoffeDate 2 December 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 10 September 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because: the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 28 June 2021 it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 10, 11, 12 and 13 January 2022 will not take place.
