Ms S Boyce On hearing the Claimant in person (on 15 January 2018 only) and Mr A Robson, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents, the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The Claimant’s applications made in writing on 16 and 17 January 2018 for the hearing to be postponed are refused.(2) The Claimant’s complaints of direct race and disability discrimination and race-related harassment are not well-founded.(3) The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages and/or holiday pay are not well- founded.(4) Accordingly, the proceedings are dismissed.
