JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Joffe has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the hearing listed for 24 April 2020 will not take place.[3]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the respondent unlawfully failed to pay wages to the claimant. Compensation[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant:4.1 Wages for August – September 2019 of £2993.264.2 £863 accrued holiday pay under regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1999.
