JUDGMENT
On hearing Mr A Ross, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents and there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Claimant, it is adjudged that:(1) In respect of the preliminary issues in case no. 2200173/2019: (a) The proper Respondents are those named in the title above; (b) The Claimant was not an employee or worker of either Respondent.(2) In respect of the preliminary issues in claim no. 2202009/2019, the Claimant was not a worker of either Respondent for the purposes of the Employment Rights Act 1996, s47K.(3) Accordingly, the claims are dismissed, the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to consider them.
