JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The Respondent did not fail to comply with its duty to make adjustments for the purposes of sections 20 & 21 of the Equality Act 201 and these complaints are dismissed.

(2) The Claimant’s complaints that the Respondent discriminated against her for the purposes of sections 26 & 27 of the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed on withdrawal.

(3) The Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent automatically unfairly dismissed her under section 100(1)(c) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed on withdrawal. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February 2018 Case No: 2200151/2017
