[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claim for breach of contract/unauthorised deduction from wages as it was not presented in time as although it was not reasonably practicable for it to be presented in time, it was not presented within a further reasonable period[2]The Claimant’s claim is out of time and is dismissed. Note: Reasons having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
