JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant claim of direct race discrimination under s13 Equality Act 2010 is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success, pursuant to Rule 37(1)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The Claimant’s claim of automatic unfair dismissal for raising a Health and Safety complaint under s100(1)(e) Employment Rights Act 1996 has little reasonable prospect of success. Claim No. 2200109/2023[3]The claimant is ORDERED to pay a deposit of £250.00 not later than 14 days from the date this Order is sent as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance those allegations or arguments. The Judge has had regard to any information available as to the claimant’s ability to comply with the order in determining the amount of the deposit. 14th July 2023
