JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s application for a postponement is refused.[2]Upon the claimant saying he wanted to withdraw his entire claim, and upon it being explained to him that if he did so, his claim would be dismissed and he would not be able to pursue it if he changed his mind, and upon it being explained to him that if he withdrew the respondent might apply for costs, and upon him stating that he understood and confirming that he was sure he wanted to withdraw, and upon neither of sub-rules 52 (a) and (b) being applicable, the claimant’s entire claim (including a complaint of direct disability discrimination relating to the claimant’s job application of October 2018 being rejected and a victimisation complaint relating to a comment allegedly made that he was not allowed to apply for any job vacancies with the respondent) is dismissed upon withdrawal, pursuant to rule 52.
