JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The Claimant’s claim under part 2 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (unlawful deduction of wages) is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £6,118 in unpaid wages.;(ii) The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant £1,044.32 expenses that he incurred for the purposes of his employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,044.32 damages for breach of contract.(iii) The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant £1,290 accrued holiday pay on the termination of his engagement to which he is entitled pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,290 .(iv) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a total of £8,452.32 N.B The award at (i) is expressed as a gross figure. Provided that the Respondent makes appropriate deduction is respect of income tax and national insurance and accounts therefore to the proper authorities payment of the Case No. 2200028/2019 Claimant of the net sum will represent a valid discharge of this judgment,
